- Review and modification of full set of Architectural plan, design & drawing according to ACI, BNBC and Accord-Alliance standard.
- Carrying out a Detailed Engineering Assessment (DEA) on the columns, taking 100mm Core sample to establish the strength.
- Preparation of floor load plan.
- Carry out a Detailed Engineering Assessment (DEA) on the building to verify that it is stable under lateral loading.
- Carry out a Detailed Engineering Assessment on the beams, removing plaster to establish the extent of the cracks in the beams and what load they can safely support.
- Equipment and material data sheet.
- Preparation of Design Report as per standard.
- Feasibility study of the project.
- Preparation/review of all fire related drawing according NFPA 13,14,22,72,80, 92,101,110 and BNBC 2006.
- Prepare posted of occupant load for every assembly and production floor.
- Design the required rated construction barrier according to BNBC and ACCORD-ALLIANCE standard.
- Detail of installing a stand pipe system at required location.
- All other fire related works according to BNBC and ACCORD-ALLIANCE standard
- Cost analysis for total fire safety system.
CAP MANAGEMENT FOR ELECTRICAL SAFETY:
- Review and modification of As‐built single line electrical diagram.
- Review and modification of electrical layout design
- Develop and implementation of NFPA 70 electrical safety program
- Checking the electrical wiring size according to the capacity of circuit breaker.
- Clear marking of all distribution board according to the BNBC and Accord—Alliance standard
- Assessment of each load management scheme.
- Industrial Automation Systems:
PLC based Automation, Human-Machine Customization.
- Industrial Ventilation Systems:
Natural Roof Top Turbine Ventilator to make power less auto exhaust over the roof.
High Velocity Power Exhaust Fan for wall or Roof mounted..

Central Air Conditioning Systems (Electric Chiller, Direct Exhaust Gas Fired Chiller etc).
Evaporative Air Cooling Systems to reduce floor temperature up to 7 Degree Celsius.

Our main office is at Mirpur-10, Dhaka. We have arranged a separate premise where service facilities for components can be provided. Beside these we have enough spare parts available in our stock to cater urgency. In addition we have computer facilities to provide all business information swiftly. We have spares and ordering format available. We also plan to include an investment and financially relevant life cycle cost program to demonstrate the viability of investment for prospective customers.
